If Banksy did contruction hoardings...
The amazing thing about using construction hoarding, rather than many other kinds of fencing or protective barriers, is the additional option of being able to use the hoarding to convey a message. Assuming you’re not interested in strong political statements like Banksy, you might be far more attracted to the idea of using the hoardings to emblazon your corporate banner across, and attract a possibly large number of passers by with your free advertising. Similarly, many businesses choose to use their construction hoarding to display images of the final vision of a building site.
Although Banksy’s ideas would probably be more fun…
